Expedient can install a dedicated PulseSecure VPN appliance per client. Expedient has set the number of fixed monthly concurrent users, and it is burstable to 2000 users. So, clients might have 5 users for an average month, but can burst higher in times like these. See image below for more details.

Description	This service provides Secure User VPN functionality to customers. Secure User VPN devices are deployed as virtual machines on Expedient’s highly available virtual environment and will be certified by default with an Expedient certificate or optionally by a client provided certificate.

Management Expedient will provide Secure User VPN user management, split-tunnel network definitions, configuration of timeout settings, Network Connect (VPN Client) policy and access information.
