We are seeking an entrepreneurial minded, fast paced individual for an Inside Sales and Research position where there is significant opportunity for career advancement. This person will be responsible for generating leads and conducting market research across the IT and Crypto industries.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial minded, fast paced individual for an Inside Sales and Research position where there is significant opportunity for career advancement. This person will be responsible for generating leads and conducting market research across the IT and Crypto industries.
Silex is a Nashville based, 9-year-old, fast growing, technology, and crypto company. This individual must have an aptitude and voracious appetite to learn ever evolving concepts in the IT and Bitcoin Mining Industries.
What you will be doing:
- Interest in sales within the IT industry and interest in growing into an outside sales role
- Preparing information and quotes for customers
- Managing pipeline
- Assisting with customer support issues
- Ability to work independently as this position is remote
- Strong communication skills
- Supporting Silex staff, customer, and partner relationships
- Good requirement gathering skills for report writing and or maintaining existing coded reports.
- Can quickly grasp and demonstrate the value of the product to various levels within an IT organization.

What we are looking for:
- Passion and knowledge of digital currency proof of work mining
- An open-minded research approach and genuine intellectual curiosity
- A degree in a technical area (i.e. mathematics, engineering or computer science) and/or technical experience is strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
- Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them
- Sharp analytical mind with a killer instinct to identify thematic trends in the market
- Good team player and excellent interpersonal skills
